There are no import costs in Switzerland, the EU, the USA and Canada. In all other countries, additional import costs will be charged directly to the customer.

Delivery times

For logistical reasons, some items have a longer delivery time. Experience has shown that the delivery time in Switzerland is one to two working days and to Europe, the USA and other countries two to five working days. For personalized products with embroidered initials, the delivery time is extended by three working days.As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This contains a tracking number that you can use to track the shipping status of your delivery online. Please note that the tracking number only becomes active once it has been recorded and updated by the shipping service provider. If the number does not work immediately, please try again at a later date.

Purchase on account

Order conveniently on account and pay the invoice amount within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the goods. Please note that Zimmerli Textil AG works together with the invoice service providers Ideal Payment AG and abilita GmbH and assigns the claim to them. You will only receive the invoice by e-mail. Zimmerli Textil AG reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and may forward customer data to third parties for this purpose. In the event of late payment, default interest of 5% per year plus a reminder fee of CHF 25.00 will be charged.
