Orders

Generally, items that are displayed in the store are of course available. Nevertheless, it may happen that certain colors or sizes are sold out. Once you have selected the color and size on the item page, the respective availability will be displayed.

Available = The item is in stock and can be shipped to you immediately.

Sold out = The item is unfortunately sold out. An order is therefore unfortunately no longer possible. With our Essentials we continuously receive goods from our manufactory again. Please check the desired item again at a later date.

No. You do not need to observe any minimum quantities when placing your order at www.zimmerli.com.

You will be informed by us quite automatically by e-mail about news concerning your order. Of course, you can also receive additional information from us personally or via the function ""My account"" on our website. For the latter option, however, you must have registered as a customer.

Once you have completed your order and submitted it to us, you cannot make any changes yourself. However, we will gladly accept your change requests by phone or mail and adjust your order accordingly, provided that your order is not already on its way to you.

Payment

We select our payment methods very carefully. We want the payment process to be as convenient and uncomplicated as possible for you. For this reason, www.zimmerli.com currently offers the following payment methods:

  • Paypal
  • ApplePay
  • GooglePay
  • ShopPay
  • Twint (in Switzerland)

We accept the following cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard.

Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your order.

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly on the Internet - free of charge. Your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with every online purchase. You pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card data deposited with PayPal, instead of entering them again with every purchase. PayPal payments arrive quickly. Then the seller can ship the goods immediately and you usually receive them sooner.

Shipping

All prices include the statutory VAT plus shipping costs, if applicable. We deliver with Swiss Post, GLS and FedEx.

The prices quoted do not include taxes. Upon delivery, the tax applicable in the respective country will be collected by the parcel carrier.

Swiss Post takes care of the fast and reliable delivery of your parcel within Switzerland. In the EU, the logistics partner is GLS. We ship to all other countries with FedEx.

Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.

As soon as your package leaves our house you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In a few exceptional cases, due to bottlenecks at the manufacturer, longer delivery times may occur. In this case, however, you will be informed by us about the status of your order.

Return/Exchange


Zimmerli Textil AG grants you a voluntary right of return for 30 days from receipt of the goods, notwithstanding your
statutory right of withdrawal. This means that you can withdraw from the contract even after the 14-day
withdrawal period has expired by returning the goods to
within 30 days of receipt. For a free return, please contact
by e-mail at returns@zimmerli.com,
so that we can send you a return label.

The prerequisite for the extended return option is
that you have only worn or tried on the goods and that you return them to us
complete and undamaged in the original packaging to
. The voluntary return option does not apply to the purchase
of gift vouchers.

Please note that for
hygienic reasons, any underwear bottoms may only be returned if they are unworn
in their original condition in the unopened original packaging. Otherwise
acceptance will be refused and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color
, please order the desired size or
color in the online store and send us back the item that does not fit.

For a free return, please send an e-mail to returns@zimmerli.com so that we can send you a return label.

For reasons of hygiene, any underwear bottoms may only be returned if they are unworn, in their original condition and in their original unopened packaging. Otherwise acceptance will be refused and the purchase price will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of the items returned by you, they will be thoroughly checked by Zimmerli Quality Assurance. If the items are in perfect condition or if there are defects not caused by you, the sales price will be refunded to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Depending on the means of payment, it may take a different amount of time for the refund to be registered, but usually a few days.

Quality

The products offered at www.zimmerli.com are 100% the same as the items available in retail stores. They are new and defect-free goods.

Gift card

With the Zimmerli gift certificate you can only store in our online store. Please note that only Zimmerli gift vouchers that have a voucher code can be used when shopping on zimmerli.com. The entry of this code is required for a transaction. If the balance on your gift card is not sufficient to pay for your order in full, you can also pay the remaining amount by credit card, Paypal or on account (only for Switzerland, Germany and Austria). To do this, first select the ""Redeem discount code"" field under Payment methods and enter your gift card code. The value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the value of the shopping cart and you can pay the remaining amount with another means of payment. Your gift voucher will not be charged until the completion of your order.

Keep your gift voucher inaccessible to third parties, as this data can be used to access the credit of the gift voucher. We are not liable for any damages resulting from transactions made by unauthorized persons using the gift voucher code. Additional offers/promotions cannot be paid for with the gift voucher at this time.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to order gift vouchers.

Availability

The product view shows all items available at the time of your visit. Sizes that are not available are displayed inactive and cannot be added to the shopping cart.

In rare cases (e.g. during the Christmas season or in the event of a sell-out), it may happen that several customers access an item at the same time, so that it is out of stock at the time of ordering.
