Zimmerli Textil AG grants you a voluntary right of return for 30 days from receipt of the goods, notwithstanding your statutory right of withdrawal. This means that you can withdraw from the contract even after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt. To return the goods free of charge, please send an e-mail to returns@zimmerli.com so that we can send you a return label.
The prerequisite for the extended return option is that you have only worn or tried on the goods to try them on and that you return them to us complete and undamaged in their original packaging. The voluntary return option does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please order the desired size or color in the online store and send us back the item that does not fit.
For reasons of hygiene, any underwear bottoms may only be returned if they are unworn and in their original condition in the unopened original packaging. Otherwise acceptance will be refused and the purchase price will not be refunded.
Personalized products with embroidered initials cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift packaging / gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that we require a clear declaration from you (e.g. by means of a returns slip or email) in order to cancel your order. If possible, please put the goods in their original condition together with all attached labels and packaging in one package. If possible, please fill in the reason for return on the returns form and enclose this form with the parcel. Please use the enclosed returns label and stick it on the parcel. You can then hand in the parcel at the nearest post office.

Items purchased in the Zimmerli online store cannot be exchanged in stationary retail outlets. Likewise, items purchased in retail stores cannot be exchanged in the Zimmerli online store.
Upon receipt of your returned items, they will be thoroughly checked by Zimmerli Quality Assurance. If the items are in perfect condition or if there are defects not caused by you, the sales price will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on the means of payment, it may take a different amount of time for the refund to be registered, but usually a few days.
Obvious signs of use such as stains from make-up or lipstick, odor, detached labels, etc. are clear indications that you have not only checked the condition, properties and functionality of the goods as in the store, but have also used the goods. In such cases, we reserve the right to demand compensation from you within the scope of the right of withdrawal for the loss of value incurred in this respect, which we can already deduct from the refund amount. We assume that returned goods will always be received by us in perfect resalable condition. Your rights in the event of defects already existing at the time of delivery remain unaffected.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Zimmerli Textil AG, Räffelstrasse 26, 8045 Zurich, Switzerland, services@zimmerli.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
a) You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
b) The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
c) Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for compensation due to damage caused by defective packaging.
d) Please note that the modalities mentioned in paragraph c) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
